GBTerrible Exchange Policy and Impossible to fasten Almost impossible to fasten using one hand. On top of that, they have a ludicrous exchange policy. You cannot return for a refund but only to exchange - if they allow it. You have to take a photo of the front of the bracelet, send it in, and if it meets with their approval, they will exchange. This is outrageous. Stay away from this company.

Edit jan 2024: My first experience was terrible but after I posted on here, Tina from Elegatto wrote me, apologized and made up for everything they had done, she told me they’re trying to standardize their service and it’s very understandable since they are a small business. She kindly offered me a refund and placed the order for free. I got the bracelets and they look very good, don’t feel cheap and are very nice. Original nov 2023: DONT BUY FROM ELEGATTO, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I found out about this website on a sponsored post on Instagram and placed an order including two bracelets (around 80 dollars) only to get an email saying it was delivered when it never was. It’s impossible to contact them, I’ve sent emails and nothing. Also tried contacting USPS which is impossible too. It’s such a shame this website scams, this puts other small businesses at risk of us stoping buying from them because we’re afraid we’ll get scammed.

GBIssues resolved..... I had some difficulties receiving the order, but it was resolved (they went out of their way to sort out) by customer servoces and I am satisfied with the bracelet.

GBVery bad quality product As a follow up to the below review, someone from Customer Care did reach out to me after this review and sent a replacement product. This new item seems to be of better quality and is holding up so far. I appreciate them following up and doing something about this issue. Thanks Very bad quality product. Bought a bracelet from them in Dec 2023. Very bad quality locking mechanism. One of the bracelets I bought had very bad quality securing mechanism. The pin came off and I lost it few months ago. Right after I bought it, I found the bracelet. But the secondary pin provided also did not stay in place either. No good response from customer service. I was told that's money down the drain as its been over 30 days.
