Happy customer I’m amending my initial review. After contacting the company about a poor experience and defective materials, I was pleased to receive a personal response from customer service. I received a replacement bracelet of very good quality. I love their style and my husband is happy!

Sent me damaged bangles, ignored my exchange request UPDATE January 2024: Elegatto seems to have improved their customer service experience recently. Their new rep reached out to introduce themself to me last month to address my poor ordering experience that happened almost a year ago. I’m pleased to say that they have indeed addressed it to my satisfaction. I’ve now updated my rating to 5 stars and I’m now considering purchasing more accessories from Elegatto again. April 2023: Elegatto sent me damaged bangles. Their website requires we email them instead of initiating an exchange request, as they do not accept damaged items through the Return & Exchanges center. I emailed them multiple times, but they ignored me until the exchange window passed. Worked with my credit card company to chargeback. Do not trust Elegatto to honor their exchange policy.

Quality is Superb. Took a chance on Elegatto bracelets after seeing them on social media and Im so glad I did! The designs are sleek and stylish,the quality is superb. shipping was fast and the packaging is nice. Definitely buying more!

Terrible Exchange Policy and Impossible to fasten Almost impossible to fasten using one hand. On top of that, they have a ludicrous exchange policy. You cannot return for a refund but only to exchange - if they allow it. You have to take a photo of the front of the bracelet, send it in, and if it meets with their approval, they will exchange. This is outrageous. Stay away from this company.

Honest review and edit ELEGATTO Adding to original my review. Edit jan 2024: My first experience was terrible but after I posted on here, Tina from Elegatto wrote me, apologized and made up for everything they had done, she told me they’re trying to standardize their service and it’s very understandable since they are a small business. She kindly offered me a refund and placed the order for free. I got the bracelets and they look very good, don’t feel cheap and are very nice. Original nov 2023: DONT BUY FROM ELEGATTO, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I found out about this website on a sponsored post on Instagram and placed an order including two bracelets (around 80 dollars) only to get an email saying it was delivered when it never was. It’s impossible to contact them, I’ve sent emails and nothing. Also tried contacting USPS which is impossible too. It’s such a shame this website scams, this puts other small businesses at risk of us stoping buying from them because we’re afraid we’ll get scammed.
