DKThis has got to be the worst customer… This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My bracelets got stucked in customs and the Danish courier wanted addtional fee for handling it, fee that was same price as the bracelet. However, cannot blame elegatto for that, BUT, they refuse to refund my money. They get their products back, can sell them to others but will not refund my money. I have paid for nothing! DO NOT give such company more orders!

GBI' am not sure if this store is a scam I' am not sure if this store is a scam. I ordered a bracelet and it said it was shipping out but after a week the post office still hadn't received it. I wrote numerous emails with no response. Then I wrote one last time asking about it and saying I would do a. charge back on my CC card and my order was refunded within the hour. Beware

GBPhotos on website are very flattering Photos on website are very flattering, the bracelets were not great quality and one was completely the wrong size. No help from customer service when you are based in UK. Also locking screw fell off within one week and was lost. I have others (different suppliers) where the screw design means it cannot fall off. They should look into this at the very least. Shame, very disappointed.

GBScam I’m a manager at a very successful small business myself and I completely understand the ends and outs, but this place is just unprofessional. Bad customer service can run any business with potential down to the ground. With that being said not only did it seem like I received someone else’s order but I also didn’t get an item that came with the first bracelet. Again I tried to contact customer service but no response. I would like a refund.

GBI ordered a bracelet for my husband I ordered a bracelet for my husband. It arrived in good time but unfortunately is too big despite us measuring the size. I completed the return and exchange details and then received an email to say my request was rejected as I did not choose the option to ship and pay for the item myself. The other option was to get a return label generated which I naturally chose. I have emailed the company 4 times now and received no reply. This is appalling customer service and I now have a wasted birthday present which is useless. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company.
