GBI left a email to the warranty… I left a email to the warranty department regarding stitching coming apart on my Kaya backpack which I bought less than year ago and still have not heard back. It’s been more than 5 business days since (August 1 the warranty inquiry was submitted). I would expect better customer service as these products are not considered cheap. Claudia

GBDON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible quality and even more terrible customer service. I bought my mom a backpack for christmas 2023. She uses from this bag from home to work and back using only a laptop and cords. She doesn't even travel with it or take it anywhere. After a few months, the bag strap torn in March. I reached out and they offered to send me a new one because I was still under warranty. We did the swap and a month later it broke again in the same spot. I emailed them again and asked for my money back that I didn't want to keep going back and forth with them given the poor quality of the bag. They told me there was nothing they could do besides send me something for equal or lesser value as I was past the 30 day return window from purchase. I tried to dispute with my credit card, but was also past that timeframe. Don't waste your money!

GBFavorite Company for bags & luggage! Calpak is the BEST. They just get what the modern consumer wants. They have simple, functional designs - in the cutest colors and fabrics. I have multiple Luka Belt Bags in different colors, to match different outfits. I also love their duffel bags, cosmetics cases, and even their passport holders! I’ve never had a bad experience & I’ve personally purchased over and over. Customer Service is prompt, kind and helpful with any question/issue. Trust me when I say, you won’t regret buying from this company.

GBI recently received a present from… I recently received a present from friends for Christmas. It was a duplicate of something I already have. Cal pack to refund it stating, “it was out of the time frame.” This was purchased around Black Friday. Purchases made around this time are usually for gifts. This practice is atrocious. This the second item they have refused to refund/exchange. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
