Def must have!!! Everyone was jealous!! It came on time and I loved it!!! All my friends were jealous and kept complimenting my cap and hair. I would def get it again!! thanks so much for making a product that allows me to wear my hair naturally curly and still looks good on a very important day!! I love it! They exhibited amazing customer service. I appreciate that they reached out to me to inquire about the date of my graduation to insure that my cap insert would arrive on time. To me, it truly shows that they value the experience of their customers.

It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on… It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on the students head. We couldn’t use it. Wasted our money. Response: we watched the videos and read the instructions. it was inserted properly like the instructions said. it’s just not a one size fits all, if you have a child with a smaller head it doesn’t fit. It’s a good idea and maybe it works for some, just didn’t work for us.

Cute idea but not worth it Cute idea I was super excited about it but the insert does not go in well it took me forever and it doesn’t stay on my head. The headband is too loose. I also wish that there was a way of contact on the website instead of me having to fill out a bad review!
