GBItem is not as advertised, incomplete from manufacturer Item is not as advertised. I’m paying $35 for an incomplete product? My product was not a solid pieces as advertised but instead had openings (best way to describe it is if a 3D printer did the outline and forgot to fill in the rest). It has the same structure but due to the lack of material it is extremely flimsy and the headband does not work properly. The last thing I want to do is glue the headband into place, that defeats the purpose of the adjustability. If this is a way to save production cost I understand, but the product should be advertised differently. I also do not appreciate the no refund/return policy. My graduation is almost a week away and now i’m stuck trying to find my own solution in the mist of finals!

GBIt was very hard to snap in and didn’t fit right. It was very hard to snap in, regardless of the cap being from the same brand and I had to take it a a part since it didn’t fit right anyways.

GBFalls off my head and bad customer service This cap does not work for straight hair and the insert makes the cap so heavy that it ends up falling right off your head. If you tilt your head at all it falls completely off because of how heavy it is. I am also disappointed to see that any bad review get responses from the company basically blaming the customer for the issues. They will say that it is user error or that you can change the headband etc. They offer no refunds or returns and they do not seem to be customer friendly. Complete waste of $20.

GBIt’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on… It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on the students head. We couldn’t use it. Wasted our money. Response: we watched the videos and read the instructions. it was inserted properly like the instructions said. it’s just not a one size fits all, if you have a child with a smaller head it doesn’t fit. It’s a good idea and maybe it works for some, just didn’t work for us.
