I ordered 4 bags online I ordered 4 bags online. When i received only 3 of them, i called customer service. They immediately shipped out the 4th and sent a gift as apology for error. It was unnecessary but very much appreciated. Id definitely recommend them to anyone. Btw, bags were exactly as pictured. They are gifts, so i haven't used them. But think my friends will love them.

Great idea Great idea; not always convenient, but fun to have. I definitely wish I had chosen a different color-the pink is REALLY pink 😎. Overall I enjoy having the bag; I just do not use it as a daily purse.

Worst company ever! Worst company ever!! Do not order from here!! Money was withdrawed as soon as the order was made back in October 2022, but we have never received anything. The telephone number doesn’t work and neither does their e-mail. Therefore no possible way to get in contact with them. Such a scam website!

The purse itself looks great & seems... The purse itself looks great & seems sturdy enough... but I cannot, for the life of me, get the spout off of the insulated pouch to save my life! I’ve emailed customer service & tweeted .... still nothing from anyone willing to help. I’ve YouTubed all of the “how to” videos and none of those ladies seem to have any trouble. So here I am .... with a fancy smancy wine bag ..... and no wine to go in it! Kind of defeats the purpose. Oh, and this was a Mother’s Day gift from my devoted husband. He did good, Porto-Vino, not so much.
