GREAT customer service I really liked this idea. So, I got it for my partner for Christmas. She didn’t think that she’d use it enough. I gave it 4 stars because when I inquired about the return policy, PortoVino got back to me right away, and made it super user-friendly to return. Great customer service, which go me is often even more important than the product itself.

One thing I have to point out is the fast shipping,amazing customer service and promptness of response when you have a question or need help. My experience goes beyond getting a great purse, but also getting amazing care.

The purse that keeps on giving. My daughter had received a PortoVino wine bag as a Christmas gift and when she opened the present, she absolutely loved it. So did I, and I ordered a PortoVino beach tote as a gift to my daughter-in-law who has much access to the beach and who enjoys wine. The bag arrived on time and I imagine it will be a fun accessory.

PortoVino rocks! I have purchased a few of the PortoVino purses for myself and two of the PortoVino backpacks for male friends of mine. They are extraordinary in their functionality, durability and the styles are all modern and super-cool. I have taken mine into water parks, amusement parks, outdoor venues, etc. They're never detected when bags are checked for disallowed things (like your own wine). Yes, I would recommend PortoVino. Yes, I would (and probably will) buy again!
