GBHorrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Rather no customer service. No human being to talk to No one responds to emails. At £350 a bag you would expect better. Do they really expect people to buy with such atrocious customer service. Still waiting for my replacement / return.

GBGreat cusotmer service Had a messenger bag for well over a year, used devery day and alway full until I managed to break the strap. I was only expecting a replacement strap but they replaced the complete bag. Great customer service and a great bag

GBGreat and fast response from customer service I am a new customer and am I not only impressed with the product (great backpack), it with the customer service more importantly. I bought the pack 3 weeks ago and it went on sale today. I sent an email through the Nomatic customer service portal asking about honoring/matching the 5 hour sale price. I received a response and refund within 20 minutes. Absolutely the best response and service I have ever received from an contact email. Super service!

GBThe travel suitcase and the backpack… The travel suitcase and the backpack are both very well made and very durable. Both have a lifetime warranty. The best words to describe both are strong and efficient. It's so easy to pack a lot in a small space. The wheels rotate 360 degrees and the backpack connects to the suitcase handle. This makes traveling easier. Finally, customer service is excellent.
