GBGreat service!!! I have been a Nomatic product user since their Kickstarter days and have been overly impressed with their bags day one. I own a multiple of their travels bags and have recently needed to have my messenger bag fixed due to 4 years of traveling the world. Without delay, Nomatic’s service team responded timely and provided great assistance. Impressive overall with attention to aid with my situation and provide excellent service to their customers. PTVery Commited to their Warranty and Customer Service. I purchased the 1L Tiger Stripe Sling Bag last year at the same month of March. Of course NOMATIC solely commits its lifetime warranty. However, I had to pay for the shipment of the cost from any courier (For me it is DHL) and the cost of the shipment is 3760.96 PHP shipping from Philippines to Utah, which is overprice than the original price of the bag (3636.78 PHP). To my confusion, I was instructed to return them and pay for shipping and custom cost which would end up just to buy a new bag. So, I made a complaint to the Marketing Management (Cam). Then I got a reply email asking me if there was anything they could do. So, I explained what was my issue and quickly the let me know that I did not have to send the old bag; however, since I have already sent it, Cam compensated me by giving me a store credit to meet the Lifetime Warranty standards that NOMATIC has no matter where you are. If you are thinking of buying the bag outside the US, please be careful not to return the bag. They will send you a new one once the purchaser has been verified with the QR code attached on the bag. GBWanted to be sure items were registered… Wanted to be sure items were registered for warranty and reached out to understand why some were not showing up on history. CS responded to my e-mail quickly and addressed my question and confirmed all items are under my account should I need to get warranty coverage. Look forward to getting more Nomatic gear soon!

GBGood products but lacking customer service Ordered a few products from a while back and when the order arrived, it was missing two items. I notified Nomatic and informed me that they would be shipped out, but when I received the order, only one item had been shipped. The product is good but customer service is lacking.
