I have received my purchase but incorrect one I received my purchase. Straight after making the purchase, I emailed service to make a change. They agreed upon it. But I received my order without the change made. I have since had some correspondence but after a few weeks, have heard nothing from service.

Can't wait to travel with it! I must mention that when I placed the order I accidentally entered the wrong address, I sent a message to customer service and they fixed it. The bag didn't take long to arrive. It's so nice and bigger than I expected. I will be using this bag in a few weeks for a trip to South Korea.

Excellent customer service I had a problem with the zipper on my Pragmastyle bag. The bag is terrific -- versatile, a perfect size, and stylish -- except for the zipper occasionally popping open. I'd been using it for nearly a year, and contacted the website where I'd ordered it to report the issue. They offered to replace it, which was very much appreciated. Great customer service.

Mixed impressions. I liked the size, inner pockets and 2 water bottle holders. I found the main zipper very stiff and a struggle to go all around to clip into the other ring. The backpack harnesses aren’t that comfortable. They “cut in” more than other products that have more padding.
