Vertica - Best, most versatile bag, I love it! "I have been using the Vertica bag for the past couple of months as my go-to work bag and I absolutely love it! I did A LOT of research before purchasing and compared it's features to many other bags on the market. I'm very confident that I made the right choice! They thought of every detail when they designed this bag as it has a pocket for everything, including an easily-accessible magnet pocket for a cellphone on the front which comes in super handy. And everything has a zipper to keep the contents safe, which is very important. I also really like the fact that when used as a backpack, the bag sits flat on my back and doesn't stick out like most backpacks. This makes for an easier train commute as it doesn't get in anyone's way. And, if I feel like it, I can also carry it by the handles. Also, when I get to work, it's flexible enough so that I can store it in my desk drawer. The versatility of this bag is very impressive! It also has a strap on the back that can be pulled over a carry-on bag handle, which I look forward to trying out on my next trip! All in all, great bag and I am very happy with my purchase!"

Excellent customer service My bag had structural issues after less than a year. I contacted Pragmastyle, sent photos and my issue was quickly attended to. I have now been sent a new bag (not received as yet - still in transit). The service was timely and polite. I appreciate the service and offer of a replacement bag as it is a very useful item. I wanted this converta bag for a trip… I wanted this converta bag for a trip but needed it in a very short period of time. When I wrote to Philippe, I was surprised and delighted with his prompt response and willingness to expedite my shipment. A bit disappointed The order process and delivery was spot on and the practicality of the bag works very well however the bag is not as attractive as it looks in the images. Even though I chose the grey I actually don't like it in reality. The standard of the stitching is not what I expected either and the bag is very soft so when I put my items inside, the bag sags and flops.
