GBMore than Disappointed . . . In June I ordered a hat from Sunday Afternoons. I needed to return it because of fit and followed the directions provided. However I have never received credit for my return. I reached out several times to the company including email, telephone and chat via their own website. I left several messages and sent many emails - but nothing. I am more than disappointed with Sunday Afternoons in all ways.

GBI'm very pleased with this hat I'm very pleased with this hat. It's windy here and it was very comfortable and secure on my head. I bought 3 different colors because I need to be proactive with the sun protection. The brim is stable and just the right size for playing golf, gardening, or any outdoor activities. It's stylish, functional, and comfortable so that's why I highly recommend it.

GBChange box Quality product, however, consider shipping small hats in a smaller box. I had a baseball hat come in a box that could have fit some large hiking boots. This is both wasteful with regards to material consumption and space issues with shipping. I’m sure this is on your radar but is something you should consider changing moving forward. Cheers.

GBIf it weren't for the elastic in the headband... It's a great hat, but felt snug. I bought the L/XL, and assumed that the adjustable strap would offer enough leeway for a comfortable fit. And it would have, had it not been for the elastic within the headband. Even with the strap fully loose, the elastic created that extra little bit of compression— which I knew I'd regret when mowing the lawn on a blistering summer afternoon. Favoring the hat's look and functionality, especially the way it protects the neck from the sun, and wanting to find a way to enjoy it, I considered cutting the elastic— but then that seemed like a recipe for failure. So, unfortunately, the hat is being returned..

GBGood product, Shipping Miscommunication My shipment was sent back to Sunday Afternoons for no apparent reason. I checked my address and other information that I was required to give. I did not make any mistakes. Thankfully a representative contacted me asking me if the return was intention. To which I replied it was not. I asked for expedited shipping due to the shipping mistake, and the representative acknowledged my request. As for the hat itself, I enjoy it. It's fashionable, which is a rarity with UPF sun hats. Unfortunately the hat has tiny holes, which gives UV rays an opportunity to pass through, so I'm not sure if the UPF rating on the label is accurate.
