Nice hat, clunky adjustable sizing It looks like a wonderful hat, but the adjustable sizing is a clunky. There is a hook and ribbon inside the hat that you slip into different openings to tighten the inner headspace. In theory this is great, but the ribbon has no stretch to it, and twists as you move it into the tighter slots. As someone on the smaller end of the sizing this supposedly fits, I wind up with a weird gap of space between my head and the rim of the hat, and it's a bit uncomfortable. It is a lovely hat - if the internal sizing can be improved, I'd repurchase in a heartbeat.

Fine hats, atrocious customer service I've bought Sunday Afternoons hats on many occasions, but in no circumstance should people buy directly from Sunday Afternoons. If anything goes wrong with the shipment (i.e., it gets lost), they will not help you at all. Every other seller in this day and age will refund/reship without question, but not these guys. Instead, they'll just argue with you and waste your time. Go through a reseller instead.

I’ve been looking for a hat/visor that… I’ve been looking for a hat/visor that would fit me comfortably, and look good ( I really look terrible in hats), yours fit the bill. I keep my hair in a bun or ponytail most of the time especially in summer weather. Your convertible visor works for me. It adjusts around my head, and bun/ponytail. It also fits my head comfortably and protects it from the sun, and heat of summer. As I’ve gotten older my hair has thinned and I often get sun burned on my head making me “sun sick”. Your hat really helps prevent that.

The customer service number on their… The customer service number on their website, my order receipt, does not work without an extension being entered. No extension is given, anywhere! I've emailed and have not received a response. I went to, LIVE CHAT and it wasn't live, it was an automated response to go the website for help. I getting ticked off trying to make a return!

Change box Quality product, however, consider shipping small hats in a smaller box. I had a baseball hat come in a box that could have fit some large hiking boots. This is both wasteful with regards to material consumption and space issues with shipping. I’m sure this is on your radar but is something you should consider changing moving forward. Cheers.
