Change box Quality product, however, consider shipping small hats in a smaller box. I had a baseball hat come in a box that could have fit some large hiking boots. This is both wasteful with regards to material consumption and space issues with shipping. I’m sure this is on your radar but is something you should consider changing moving forward. Cheers.

I know that should we have a broken chin strap or some other problem come up, Sunday Afternoons will stand by their lifetime guarantee and resolve the issue quickly and in a hassle free manner...I love that it only takes a phone-call. I’ve got 4 kiddos and truly don’t mind spending a little extra for their hats in return for the great quality and assurance.

I keep my hair in a bun or ponytail most of the time especially in summer weather. Your convertible visor works for me. It adjusts around my head, and bun/ponytail. It also fits my head comfortably and protects it from the sun, and heat of summer. As I’ve gotten older my hair has thinned and I often get sun burned on my head making me “sun sick”. Your hat really helps prevent that.

Money taken but no response from company Very disappointed. Placed an online on their website to be shipped to Australia. It said my credit card didn’t go through and to contact my bank. Received a text from my bank said fraudulent activities have occurred and the transaction had gone through but received no confirmation email from the company. Multiple attempts to contact them for details/ order shipping resulted in no response. My credit card had to be blocked and cancelled. Very disappointed

Fine hats, atrocious customer service I've bought Sunday Afternoons hats on many occasions, but in no circumstance should people buy directly from Sunday Afternoons. If anything goes wrong with the shipment (i.e., it gets lost), they will not help you at all. Every other seller in this day and age will refund/reship without question, but not these guys. Instead, they'll just argue with you and waste your time. Go through a reseller instead.
