Many reviews rave about them replacing a lost order, Reduce rates for priority shipping...How about just send it when you say? I ordered my daughter's hoodies before Christmas and still dont have them. They say they will send them priority so we will have them this week. I just wanted them if not for her Christmas gift at least before she went back to school! Great Christmas gift! :( So far not impressed.

The clothes are always great quality … The clothes are always great quality and look exactly the same as the advertised photos. Shop Gracie has EXCEPTIONAL customer service and will get back to you right away! I loooove their bralettes and tops, their bright floral two piece outfits are also to die for and I wish I could just order one of everything all the time ;)

Above and beyond customer service I had what I feared was going to be a major problem with an order. It was delivered promptly , that wasn’t the problem. I sent an email to customer service and within two hours the owner contacted me directly with a profuse apology and immediate credit to reverse the error. Went out of her way to make it right. Exceptional customer service from a lovely small business. Great fashions!

I Love Shop Gracie!! If I could rate them more stars I definitely would. They truly care about their customers, and their apparel is amazing! When I first came across their Instagram page I instantly fell in love with their cute and relatable clothes! I’ve ordered clothes a few times from their website and I am never disappointed!!
