My package never came: updated My package never came. I spent over a hundred dollars and never got my product. They have, or had, when I ordered my product, a "no longer our problem" policy if the package gets lost in transit. I emailed the company and never got a response. The tracking said it had never been shipped. I filed a complaint with the shipping company and they never found my package. Just very disappointed. Update: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the company who gave me my money's worth and apologized profusely for the miscommunication. Pleased with the customer service conduct and the customer care.

One Stop Trend Shop! I love ShopGracieUSA! I found them on Instagram a few years ago and have been following ever since! I've made a course le purchases from them in the past and was surprised at how fast the shipping was, considering everything is coming from Hawaii! Prices can sometimes be a little higher than I want to spend on trendy items, but overall they're a huge hit for me! :)

Clothing that’s worth the wait! I love love love love love all the clothes from here!! Very nice quality and reasonably priced!! I did have issues with shipping, but Grace reached out to me and was very helpful throughout the whole process! She kept me updated whenever there was something new regarding my shipping information. Her customer service skills are impeccable!! There needs to be more people like her. I would give them a million stars if I could; they can definitely count me as a regular buyer 😆
