Great customer service! I ordered my daughter a hoodie on Black Friday, and they had it ready to ship as promised. It unfortunately got lost in the mail. When I contacted Shop Gracie, they immediately made it right and rushed a replacement along with reducing the cost I had paid. Great customer service! Above and beyond customer service I had what I feared was going to be a major problem with an order. It was delivered promptly , that wasn’t the problem. I sent an email to customer service and within two hours the owner contacted me directly with a profuse apology and immediate credit to reverse the error. Went out of her way to make it right.
