Excelllent concept. Great support. I really like the design concept and have put it to the test in four different pieces including three suitcases and a backpack. I have had a couple straps break on the closets but Solgaard support was accessible and responsive. They made it right.

I’m a proud owner of both their Carry-On Closet and their Lifepack Endeavor and I don’t see myself going back to any other brand when it comes to travel needs. Lyza did a great job of communicating with me and has sent out a replacement part. I looking forward to receiving it so I can continue to use this great piece of luggage.

Great products and customer service We have 5 of the Solgaard suitcases. We love them and have recommended to everyone. There was a small issue with one of the suitcases and I sent in the info. The response was quick and efficient. Nate did a great job and handled the issue completely. Highly recommend the products and the company service levels.

I had an issue with the handle and… I had an issue with the handle and contacted Solgaard and they promptly addressed the issue and sent me a replacement bag. I highly recommend their bags and customer service.
