GBThe New Benchmark in Customer Service I bought the Check-In Closet Medium and took it out for its maiden voyage. United Airlines did a fantastic job of beating it up and busting the framework to the point it would no longer latch. After going through the exhaustive claims process with United, they offered a inferior product replacement that I had no interest in. I reached out to Solgaard who worked with me to replace the suitcase as part of the lifetime warranty. Blew me away! The service was exceptional and now I am purchasing yet another bag.

GBAll Over the World with Carry on I received the Solgaard Carry-On as a gift from my wife since I have been traveling a lot more for business. This thing has taken me all over the US, East Coast, West Coast, midwest, and into Asia. It has taken its fair share of bumps and bruises from travel. So finally one of the latching rivets gave out that held the two halves at a 90-degree angle. So I contacted Solgaar CSR and Kristine was able to help me with a replacement in a short period of time. That's some good work there CSR. That's how you get return customers and people supporting your brand. Keep up the good post-sales support.

CHExcelllent concept. Great support. I really like the design concept and have put it to the test in four different pieces including three suitcases and a backpack. I have had a couple straps break on the closets but Solgaard support was accessible and responsive. They made it right.

CABag Not Allowed on International Flights I travel all over the world. Had only own this Solgaard bag for a month. In Australia, a Qantas flight attendant (Steph) took the bag from me as I boarded a flight from Wellington to Sydney. She told me the bag was not allowed in the cargo section nor the cabin area as it had a rechargeable lithium battery. I then had to put the contents of my bag in a trash bag I had for my trip to Sydney, LA and then the east coast of the U.S. Buyers of this bag should be aware that international airlines will take this bag from flyers and not allow it in the cabin or as a checked bag. Don’t buy the Solgaard bag. Too much risk of an airline not letting you fly with it.
