I waited 45 days for two custom name… I waited 45 days for two custom name necklaces. One had a defect and one was never sent at all. I’ve been going around in circles with their customer service team trying to resolve the issue. I feel duped for waiting so long for a product that was not made with any care or consideration. Buyer beware.

Great Brand, 10/10 Recommend! My Nominal products look beautiful and are great quality! I wear some of my pieces everyday and I haven't noticed any changes in the way they look. Customer service were so good though and sorted the problem really quickly and easily (even though it wasn't their fault). A great company that has a great cause and their jewelry looks fantastic.
