So sad Well call the waffle house over eight different times to have a recording pick up and say they’re tending to the dine in customers at the moment so I went and passed in front of the waffle house. There was exactly one car in the parking lot that’s right one car, so how busy could they be

His sincerity and desire to serve his customers and ensure his customers have a great experience was very evident. Please recognize him for his desire to represent Waffle House well. Food was great as well.

Working for Waffle House I recently started at Waffle House and I have to say it is the best job I've had. The managers ( store and assistant) are very organized and genuinely care. All the other employees are very friendly and helpful when I didn't know anything. The best advice I can give anyone though is go in with a positive mindset and enjoy your customers , each one has a different story , and you can gain a lot of good life insights.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL WALKED IN TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE IN MAULDIN SC AT 6AM FOR BREAKFAST BEFORE WORK. THERE WAS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER. SHE LOOKED AT ANOTHER AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMER AND SAID SHE SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE FUC**** DOOR LOCKED. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR 15 MINUTES WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE LOCATION BUT US AND THE ONE OTHER CUSTOMER SHE NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEGED US.... I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS BUT DON'T BE RACIST BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU ARE ENTITLED TO. LAST WEEK SAME LOCATION HAD WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM A DIFFERENT SERVER AND WE LEFT HER A $100 TIP. ITS ALL IN TREATMENT OF OTHERS.... I WON'T RETURN IF THIS IS HOW YOU LET YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT OTHERS.

I went into facility in Kannapolis NC… I went into facility in Kannapolis NC on Cannon Rd Multiple dirty tables and was told after I removed couple items from table”can’t you give us five mins” I said take all the time you need and I say down. Staff then told us we could not sit until they cleaned table yet they were standing around chatting with one another. Would not suggest anyone eat there due to staff attitude
