I went into facility in Kannapolis NC… I went into facility in Kannapolis NC on Cannon Rd Multiple dirty tables and was told after I removed couple items from table”can’t you give us five mins” I said take all the time you need and I say down. Staff then told us we could not sit until they cleaned table yet they were standing around chatting with one another. Would not suggest anyone eat there due to staff attitude

Store # 464 4:50 am -Wonderful wonderful courteous associates! My new favorite Breakfast joint! Store # 464 has 2 employees when I arrived. The person who’s name and the cook whos name I will get in one moment were outstanding!! Super polite!! Super courteous!! 4:50 am and they were as chipper as ever!! I’ll come back to this location specifically because of how outstanding this visit was!! The two employees names were Jennifer was my order girl and the cook was Dre.

I asked a worker if anything she could do and she said if she caused a problem she would be fired and then the corporation would give her a bad reference. This company is beyond shameful. Working for Waffle House I recently started at Waffle House and I have to say it is the best job I've had. The managers ( store and assistant) are very organized and genuinely care. All the other employees are very friendly and helpful when I didn't know anything. The best advice I can give anyone though is go in with a positive mindset and enjoy your customers , each one has a different story , and you can gain a lot of good life insights.
