His sincerity and desire to serve his customers and ensure his customers have a great experience was very evident. Please recognize him for his desire to represent Waffle House well. Food was great as well.

I'll find a more quite place Food wasn't bad but the it was very loud and annoying, the music was really loud and the workers were talking loud and heard some cussing going on it was like being in there with a bunch of loud kids, I was there at 6:00 am, at the on on s. Emerson, Beech Grove,IN. On my way to work, not likely I'll stop there again, way to early to hear all that, I just wanted a quite breakfast, I was the only one there besides the workers.

After my visit today, I was thoroughly impressed with Felicia woods at store #2139. In Jackson Mississippi. She gave professional and courteous service that far exceeded my expectations.. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL WALKED IN TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE IN MAULDIN SC AT 6AM FOR BREAKFAST BEFORE WORK. THERE WAS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER. SHE LOOKED AT ANOTHER AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMER AND SAID SHE SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE FUC**** DOOR LOCKED. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR 15 MINUTES WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE LOCATION BUT US AND THE ONE OTHER CUSTOMER SHE NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEGED US.... I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS BUT DON'T BE RACIST BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU ARE ENTITLED TO. LAST WEEK SAME LOCATION HAD WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM A DIFFERENT SERVER AND WE LEFT HER A $100 TIP. ITS ALL IN TREATMENT OF OTHERS.... I WON'T RETURN IF THIS IS HOW YOU LET YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT OTHERS.
