GBSupplement needs refrigeration. Wasn't informed when purchasing that it needed to be refrigerated. Would have been fine when I placed the order but it wasn't shipped right away since several other pieces were out of stock. Had it delivered to work and was off a few days the week it finally showed up. At room temperature for a least two days. Hopefully it's fine to refrigerate now. It's an expensive supplement for my sweet kitty who is in kidney failure.

CAI just placed an order I just placed an order. Contrary to what is mentionned in their web site, they immediately charged an amount on my credit card. I did not received any confirmation or order number by email nor this transaction Appeals on my historic. Their web site is very difficulté navigate, the promotion code often disappear when i want to finalise my transaction. Shipping to Canada is 30$ for maybe less than 0.5 lbs. Now i don’t trust this company, so i sent a cancellation email for proof and wait for their response, otherwise i will complaint to my credit card to reverse the charge

GBI received about 20 emails requesting… I received about 20 emails requesting my dog's script for his new heartworm pills (it was on auto refill). I called and spoke with a person, and I still continued to receive emails. I would have expected them to update the case. I sent an email telling them I had to pick up the script and mail it. I emailed when I mailed the script. I did receive the Sentinel though- price was about the same as last year which is a plus!

GBI ordered a flea product that went to… I ordered a flea product that went to backorder. I was contacted immediately when I placed my order and again, after it went on backorder. I waited a little over a week when i decided to cancel the order. I reached customer service within minutes. Told the rep I wanted to cancel. He pulled up everything within 30 seconds, cancelled the order and sent me confirmation of the transaction. Still stunned that this level of customer service exists. Although i was unable to get the items that were ordered, I will return to use this group again. Well done.

GBTerrible customer service Company notified me after I placed my order that all of the items were out of stock. Instead of promptly issuing a refund, the email they sent asked me to call to discuss. I encountered long waits when trying to call and ultimately couldn't reach a human, so then I tried chat. A customer service representative named Yolanda joined the chat and said "no problem, one moment please" about issuing a full refund, and then 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes of me asking "are you still here?"... but she never returned. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Never again for me with this company.
