CAI just placed an order I just placed an order. Contrary to what is mentionned in their web site, they immediately charged an amount on my credit card. I did not received any confirmation or order number by email nor this transaction Appeals on my historic. Their web site is very difficulté navigate, the promotion code often disappear when i want to finalise my transaction. Shipping to Canada is 30$ for maybe less than 0.5 lbs. Now i don’t trust this company, so i sent a cancellation email for proof and wait for their response, otherwise i will complaint to my credit card to reverse the charge

GBSupplement needs refrigeration. Wasn't informed when purchasing that it needed to be refrigerated. Would have been fine when I placed the order but it wasn't shipped right away since several other pieces were out of stock. Had it delivered to work and was off a few days the week it finally showed up. At room temperature for a least two days. Hopefully it's fine to refrigerate now. It's an expensive supplement for my sweet kitty who is in kidney failure.

TRI bought 2 weeks ago I bought 2 weeks ago. but they gave me a sale order instead of an invoice. My customers asked me for an invoice. They did not accept the sale order. I sent an e-mail and they didn't return. I called by phone. The customer service kept interrupting me and said that the sale order is a substitute for an invoice. They did not help me. GBTerrible customer service Company notified me after I placed my order that all of the items were out of stock. Instead of promptly issuing a refund, the email they sent asked me to call to discuss. I encountered long waits when trying to call and ultimately couldn't reach a human, so then I tried chat. A customer service representative named Yolanda joined the chat and said "no problem, one moment please" about issuing a full refund, and then 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes of me asking "are you still here?"... but she never returned. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Never again for me with this company.

GBI read an article where wet/dry animal I read an article where wet/dry animal by-product foods are not good for my dog; article suggested dehydrated foods instead. I purchased Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend freeze dried raw dog food and my dog loves it. His intestines have calmed down and his fuzzy eating has improved. I will order this food again.
