I called and spoke with a person, and I still continued to receive emails. I would have expected them to update the case. I sent an email telling them I had to pick up the script and mail it. I emailed when I mailed the script. I did receive the Sentinel though- price was about the same as last year which is a plus!

I did not received any confirmation or order number by email nor this transaction Appeals on my historic. Their web site is very difficulté navigate, the promotion code often disappear when i want to finalise my transaction. Shipping to Canada is 30$ for maybe less than 0.5 lbs. Now i don’t trust this company, so i sent a cancellation email for proof and wait for their response, otherwise i will complaint to my credit card to reverse the charge

Really helps my cat deal with arthritis. While shipping took a bit longer than anticipated, I was able to track the product easily, so knew when it had left the USA, was at Canadian Customs, was out for delivery, etc. This is the second order of "glucosamine for cats", and it continues to help my older cat seem younger. I will order again.

I sent an e-mail and they didn't return. I called by phone. The customer service kept interrupting me and said that the sale order is a substitute for an invoice. They did not help me. Ordered pet beds on a two for one sale… Ordered pet beds on a two for one sale on February 14, 2023. Ordered status is still listed as awaiting fulfillment. Several inquiries made where I was promised products would be shipped that week but we’re not. Attempted to call customer service multiple times but they do not pick up. They have also stopped responding to emails. This company is a total scam and should be banned from social media. Do not order from them, you will pay and never receive your products.
