Best Service Around I have used a dumpster service in this area before. So when I needed to do this again, I reached out to them. they were a bit short on the phone, had jacked up their pricing, and actually had no available units at the time. It was a frustrating call. So I called Dumpster Rental Enterprises. I had a cheerful experience on the phone, was provided a few options for next-day delivery, and received a friendly email reminder of the process for scheduling the pickup. When it was time to make that schedule, it was a smooth and simple process and I received confirmation almost immediately. All of my interaction with this company has been top-notch and professional. If I need to do anything like this again, I know who I will be calling.

The personal experience and prompt… The personal experience and prompt service was over the top. I needed 3 consecutive 30 yard dumpsters for a major project and Jerrome, my contact person was in direct communication with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a dumpster, or any of their services. For sure I’ll use them in the future.

My Dumpster was NOT Removed multiple… My Dumpster was NOT Removed multiple days after it was contractually agreed upon. Customer service representatives are polite until they are presented with a situation where they have to do more work than answer one phone call. I lost about a week worth of work, not being able to use my own Driveway, and this company did nothing but shrug their shoulders when I would call them to ask why it had not been removed, per our contract. They obviously do not care what contract they had with me. I can only imagine how many other customers they have done this to. ON TOP OF THIS...we had tons of rain days after the dumpster should have been removed, AND they charged me for an overage fee. Adding insult to injury. I would recommend that NOBODY use this company for their dumpster needs. There are plenty of other choices I'm sure out there. Save yourself the headaches and avoid Dumpster Rental Enterprises LLC, unless you want to be at their mercy and have a similar experience that I recently had.

The Service Beats The Rest Terrific customer service. Call this company for any dumpster needs. Much more personal than the others and believe me I have call them and they don't come close to the great service that I receive every time.
