Response & Communication We had a very fluid operation and our needs were constantly changing. The communication we had with the team and the response for delivering and removing dumpsters was outstanding! I will definitely enlist their services again.

Satisfied with the outcome. We used this company two times. The first time we had no trouble, they did a great job of dropping off the dumpster rental and picking it up. Then we were moving homes and decided to rent from them again. We kept the dumpster for two weeks. We knew the rules about what to put in and not to put in the dumpster. Well, they picked up the dumpster and claimed we put in two mattresses that they charged 95.00 a piece for. We immediately asked for pictures of said mattresses. No pictures could be provided. Don't you think if you are going accuse a customer of wrong-doing, you would take pictures? I am altering this review as finally the customer service worked with us to come to an agreement. We asked that they change their policy and have all their drivers take a picture of "not allowed" items before taking the stuff to the dump. They said they would consider that recommendation. We are now feeling better about the outcome of this ordeal

Fast and Friendly Service I had a great rental experience with Dumpster Rental Enterprises. I rented a total of 7 (40 yard) dumpsters within one month and every rental went smooth. All the Dumpster Rental team are very friendly and respond in a timely manner. I will definitely use Dumpster Rental Enterprises if I ever need to rent a dumpster again.

Dumpster delivery so late (after 4:00… Dumpster delivery so late (after 4:00 pm) that my crew had left for the day. Don't believe their 7 day rental cost. I notified the company when I called to have it picked up of the situation. Without my knowledge or consent they charged my card for an additional. Horrible customer service!
