I had a cheerful experience on the phone, was provided a few options for next-day delivery, and received a friendly email reminder of the process for scheduling the pickup. When it was time to make that schedule, it was a smooth and simple process and I received confirmation almost immediately. All of my interaction with this company has been top-notch and professional.
