This site is deceptive This site is deceptive. It is not an official government site and the information they provide is free on the Internet. They display the City of Philadelphia logo which is the most deceptive issue I have. I had to cancel my card even though I was only charged one dollar.

I don't even know what this charge is for Update: live chat was polite, responsive, and had no problem refunding me. I did receive my original report, as well as this customer service, so I can recommend them // (original review) I'm good with reading fine print with these types of sites, but nowhere did I see that ordering a property report was going to sign me up for a recurring $10 a month payment. Maybe I missed it 'cause my mom just died and the mountains of paperwork is exhausting. Thanks for giving me yet ANOTHER thing that needs fixing. I'll update my review if they refund my money.
