This site is deceptive This site is deceptive. It is not an official government site and the information they provide is free on the Internet. They display the City of Philadelphia logo which is the most deceptive issue I have. I had to cancel my card even though I was only charged one dollar.

I was needing a copy of my property… I was needing a copy of my property taxes so they seemed reasonable as it was $1.00, when they sent me information that wasn't what I needed they sent me the information I did. They were great to use

Professional, Accurate & Timely They came out and only took about 30 minutes to measure, take pictures, and ask a few questions. Their valuation was honest but allowed me to get the loan approval I needed. They were Professional, accurate, and timely.

Slightly misleading but easy enough to use Experience was easy enough but I originally thought I was only going to be paying $1, but then it changed to $6.95 on the next page so that was a bit misleading. The report also wasn’t completely up to date and didn’t have the information on it that I needed.
