Professional, Accurate & Timely They came out and only took about 30 minutes to measure, take pictures, and ask a few questions. Their valuation was honest but allowed me to get the loan approval I needed. They were Professional, accurate, and timely.

Slightly misleading but easy enough to use Experience was easy enough but I originally thought I was only going to be paying $1, but then it changed to $6.95 on the next page so that was a bit misleading. The report also wasn’t completely up to date and didn’t have the information on it that I needed.
