GBWish they cared about the time sensitivity of my trip as much as I did! I paid for expedited service for a Saudi Visa. Too bad my visa arrived AFTER my flight to Saudi, which I then had to rebook...imaging the cost of that!!!. The timeline on their website is misleading. The turnaround times reflect the timeline of the embassy - and doesn't actually include Abriggs' time to prepare documents to send to the Embassy. The promised time should start from the time ABRIGGS receives all the required information. It does not and they did not see this as a problem at all. Had they been more explicit and upfront I would have known what to expect. When I called to check on status, there was no sense of urgency. And the estimated delivery date changed every day...to the next day..so that was basically a lie everyday until it wasn't. I am not likely to use them ever again.

GBPaper pushers with no personal touch No one advised us that our visa would be issued immediately even though we specified a later date. This caused us to lose 3 months time on our 1 year visa. Would not pay for this service again.

GBPoor Service after CIBT Buyout What A Briggs used to get completed in less than 3 days takes CIBT a minimum of 5 days and at a higher cost! I have used A Briggs for nearly 2 years. Now that A Briggs has been bought out by CIBT, the entire experience has drastically changed for the worse!! CIBT is total corporate bureaucracy with slow turnaround times, high fees that are not fully disclosed upfront, and extremely poor customer service! I have never seen a company that wants your credit card number upfront without disclosing the total cost of services to be rendered!! BEWARE!! Thanks to flippant customer service agents that are only robots reading off a computer screen, I will have to find another Visa service for all my business travel. Thanks for wasting my time CIBT and still not getting me a travel visa!

GBUnmotivated to help I tried to apply for a Chinese visa with the intention of receiving a one year, multi entry visa. However due to my father not having a Chinese visa that lasted that long (he invited me), they told me it would be impossible to get the one year multi entry and maybe even impossible to get a visa at all. I pushed for the one year and eventually they said they simply could not do it, all the while responding very coldly to my communication. With just a couple weeks until my trip, I went to VisaHQ and they did rush service faster and cheaper than ABriggs'. I really do not recommend ABriggs, they don't seem to be willing to help and are very obstinate in their policy.

GBBefore and after CIBT buyout Before buyout a trustworthy company. After, too many hidden fees offered almost as an afterthought (one $25. fee written in light grey typeface almost impossible to see... but even if checked, they charge you anyway). I used the company for many years. During the last two uses I have been scammed by them..... twice. I'm done.
