GBUnmotivated to help I tried to apply for a Chinese visa with the intention of receiving a one year, multi entry visa. However due to my father not having a Chinese visa that lasted that long (he invited me), they told me it would be impossible to get the one year multi entry and maybe even impossible to get a visa at all. I pushed for the one year and eventually they said they simply could not do it, all the while responding very coldly to my communication. With just a couple weeks until my trip, I went to VisaHQ and they did rush service faster and cheaper than ABriggs'. I really do not recommend ABriggs, they don't seem to be willing to help and are very obstinate in their policy.

GBNot impressed. Botched my visa to Myanmar big time. I had to handle it overseas, it ended up altering my trip. Also gave me wrong information about a visa to the Andaman Islands. I expect a business who specializes in visas and passports to be proficient at their craft.

GBUsed them for years. No more - they've gone way downhill. I used A. Briggs for years and had good experiences with them. Then they got purchased by CIBT and they are now dreadful. Tons of hidden fees, poor customer communications, and deep incompetence. I am about to cancel a major business trip because their expediter obtained a tourist visa instead of a business visa and they cannot get me my passport back in time. I need to find someone new as they've gone massively downhill.

GB$400 wasted on A Briggs I was needing a visa, so I hired A Briggs to do a 3-week passport. It took 1 month and 5 days. My granddaughter filed for a passport at our county office after I did and received it in less than 4 weeks. She paid $80 total, and I paid A Briggs $476 plus I had to send a signed document to them and paid $30+. So I wasted over $400 and it took a week longer. I recommend that you never use this service.

GBWish they cared about the time sensitivity of my trip as much as I did! I paid for expedited service for a Saudi Visa. Too bad my visa arrived AFTER my flight to Saudi, which I then had to rebook...imaging the cost of that!!!. The timeline on their website is misleading. The turnaround times reflect the timeline of the embassy - and doesn't actually include Abriggs' time to prepare documents to send to the Embassy. The promised time should start from the time ABRIGGS receives all the required information. It does not and they did not see this as a problem at all. Had they been more explicit and upfront I would have known what to expect. When I called to check on status, there was no sense of urgency. And the estimated delivery date changed every day...to the next day..so that was basically a lie everyday until it wasn't. I am not likely to use them ever again.
