GBSpeedy Service but No Follow-thru on my Bent Book! After getting my Tikkun, I was so excited when it showed up no more than a few days after it had been processed! I opened it up to find the binding bent and a bit torn, which couldn't have happened in shipping because it was shipped in a hefty box. Needless to say, after contacting Judaica Place explaining my problem and dissatisfaction, I never got a reply! Not a single word of apology or an effort to exchange the bent book. I have to say, I'd rather receive good quality than speedy service. I'm pretty disappointed :(

BRWe had a good experience with Judaica Place. We bought some books for Rosh Hashana, but they could be better made, more beautiful. The delivery was great.

GBFalse advertising There were 2 items on the package I ordered without allowing me to choose. Of course I assumed I'd receive both so was amazed I'd paid that much for so little.
