Practically flew here! Our area in staten island was hit pretty hard by hurricane sandy. I had ordered the larger ones earlier and these were amazing when the power went out. We had no power for 2 days, but we were lucky since some friends and relatives had no power for weeks. This order came so fast...that I was able to give them out to whoever needed some light at night. Thank you for your prompt service. I will be ordering again.

Amazing customer service - They're doing it right! I had a problem with my order and the customer service was prompt, easy to work with and extremely helpful. Their shipping was very fast, too. Great Customer Service, Very Responsive I placed an order for a bunch of books. Unfortunately, two were out of stock. They notified me via email immediately and were responsive to questions asking for the ISBN and such. They also took the out of stock books off their website immediately before emailing me.
