Practically flew here! Our area in staten island was hit pretty hard by hurricane sandy. I had ordered the larger ones earlier and these were amazing when the power went out. We had no power for 2 days, but we were lucky since some friends and relatives had no power for weeks. This order came so fast...that I was able to give them out to whoever needed some light at night. Thank you for your prompt service. I will be ordering again.

Speedy Service but No Follow-thru on my Bent Book! After getting my Tikkun, I was so excited when it showed up no more than a few days after it had been processed! I opened it up to find the binding bent and a bit torn, which couldn't have happened in shipping because it was shipped in a hefty box. Needless to say, after contacting Judaica Place explaining my problem and dissatisfaction, I never got a reply! Not a single word of apology or an effort to exchange the bent book. I have to say, I'd rather receive good quality than speedy service. I'm pretty disappointed :(
