GBTHEY ARE A RIPOFF -- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM Placed an order for 3 cartons of More (EU) in September 2011. Order was never received, even after several contacts via email and phone. Excuses range from Ukraine customs to unable to locate in transit, and finally they said yesterday "--contact your bank to request a refund--." How ignorant was that? There's always some risk when ordering from offshore outfits, but I just want anyone reading this post not to order anything from bestcigarettesshop.com -- THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! They should be prosecuted for fraud!
