Scam nothing received. I have waited over 45 days for my cigarets, and havent received anything yet. When i try to contact their online chat service they just block me :-( stay away from that compagny.

THEY ARE A RIPOFF -- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM Placed an order for 3 cartons of More (EU) in September 2011. Order was never received, even after several contacts via email and phone. Excuses range from Ukraine customs to unable to locate in transit, and finally they said yesterday "--contact your bank to request a refund--." How ignorant was that? There's always some risk when ordering from offshore outfits, but I just want anyone reading this post not to order anything from bestcigarettesshop.com -- THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! They should be prosecuted for fraud!

SCAMMERS THEIVES buyer beware , i bought 17 cartons and haven't received anything its been over 50 days, when i contact them they told me to wait another 3 weeks. please USA buyers beware

They take your money and don't send your order! On 9/4/11 I placed and order and they never sent it and they won't refund my credit credit. Now they won't even respond to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will continue to write bad reviews until responded to.
