GBSCAM - watch out for re-ordering... I he received my parcels 3 times. The in Sept. 2011 they claimed that an audit at their postal offices was the reason for the delay. Then I got the answer that the parcel was los. The refund - as in their terms of business - could not be made now, because their account dept-lines are down. OK, another phone, another e-mail - and now: You'll receive your parcel within 2 weeks. Problems with customs are solved! Hahaha - LOL.That was five (5) weeks ago. It's cheaper to pay the regular price than to rely to this Company.

GBNOT VERY HAPPY I PLACED MY ORDER ON 9-1-2011 AND HAVE CALLED THEM AT LEAST 5 TIMES SINCE AND EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN GIVEN AN EXCUSE THAT IT WAS BEING HELD UP AT CUSTOMS AND SHOULD ARRIVE IN THE NEXT 2 TO 3 WEEKS. IT'S BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS NOW & I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED.

DKBE AWARE!!! I have ordered for 2 months ago - and each time I get a new story!!! They cheat their custumers!!!! DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT order from this company. I live in Denmark - and have been told different stories each time I contacted them - but no more!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!

GBTerrible scammers!! Unbelievable!! These people are pure scammers!! I ordered 2 months ago and never received anything. Had to write to them 10 times and they claim after 2 months of intense pursuing on my side that the package was lost on US territory and that they can't refund for that reason. What a joke!! I never experienced such a horrible excuse from any other tobacco company I shop from in Europe. They have no proof as the package has no tracking but still they come up with this ridiculous claim to blatantly swindle people. I will report them to FBI's online crimes division.

GBThey take your money and don't send your order! On 9/4/11 I placed and order and they never sent it and they won't refund my credit credit. Now they won't even respond to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will continue to write bad reviews until responded to.
