Almost perfect After receiving my new Christmas tree a month or so ago, I unpacked it today. I was a little disappointed that the needles were so obviously plastic but I was really disappointed that it did not include a storage case. My last Tree Classics did and it was much used, making it so much easier to remove and return to the attic. I had seen references to the storage bag in the write-ups and thoroughly expected one to be included. Big disappointment!

When my order arrived it was carefully packaged and the items were wrapped to prevent any harm. I really like their battery operated items so I can hang wreaths and boughs w/o cords hanging down my walls. If you care to follow along on social media you will see what I've found and you can sign up for newsletters and follow their blog all year round as their products can be used for other holidays than Christmas.

Poor Quality & Customer Service Buyer beware! I purchased a pre-lit 9 foot Fraser Fir from Tree Classics last year. Brand new out of the box, a strand of lights on the tree didn't work. They sent a replacement tree but now this year another strand of lights isn't working and they claim the replacement section is out of stock until next Fall (2020) and they will not offer any other solutions for this year! Strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your Chistmas tree needs, Tree Classics quality and Customer Service are very poor.

Worthwhile Investment Bought for my wife in 2015. We were in need of replacement of our previous Christmas tree, during my search, I came across Tree Classics. So very pleased I did! Experience has taught: a little extra cost, offset by increased quality, aesthetics, and durability define value.For our family, that is exactly what our tree purchase from Tree Classics provided; great value.We are very satisfied! Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointed I am extremely disappointed with this company. We've only had our tree for two years and during our holiday season we watched just about every strand get super bright and extemely hot and then blow. We called customer service and not only did they not care about the hazard of the over heated lights, we were out of the two year window for the light warranty, which, considering you only take the tree out once a year, is a bit flimsy. I've also been getting the run around to speak with a manager, who is conveniently never there when I call. I will never do business with this company again and do not recommend it.
