GBVery disappointing Very disappointing! I spend over $700. I had my tree up for 2 Christmas seasons. The first time I opened the box the tree smelled like gasoline. The second season the bottom lights didn’t work. I called and spoke to a representative who took my information but never called me back. I contacted the company again in September so I don’t have to deal with adding lights myself. I spoke to a supervisor who said they will replace the tree. I then received an email asking for my address for the full tree replacement which I have saved. I followed up with the company 2 days ago for a tracking number and spoke to a very rude representative who said sorry it’s past warranty. Had they called me back the first time it wouldn’t be past warranty. I am a mom who has kids, a job and a lot going on I can’t keep on following up with a company especially when they sent an email authorizing a full replacement and asking for my complete shipping address. Terrible customer service not to mention dishonest! Tree Classics should of received zero stars!!!!

GBDO NOT BUY FROM TREE CLASSICS I have posted my problems with Tree Classics elsewhere, bottom line is the products don't hold up, bought a $1200 tree in 09 and it was fine for 1 year total hassle to try to fix it in 2010 it now looks like it came from a dumpster, most lights don't work and the a lot hinged branches are broken. Decided to bite the bullet and buy another one this year accidentally bought a 12 foot tree and wanted a 10 ft. The only way after calling 4 times while the tree has not shipped to cancel and redo or change order etc it to wait on the tree to be delivered and then pay myself to return it and purchase another! I have been hung up on, lied to and feel totally cheated. DO NOT BUY FROM TREE CLASSICS! I have heard Balsam Hill is the same company, not sure, but I would not trust them without a lot of research. I will buy local though more expensive!

GBTotal light failure on a 9' Fraser Fir Fall 2019 I purchased a 9' Fraser Fir with the color changing LED lights for the 2019 Christmas season. It worked properly when delivered. When put up for Christmas, the lights on the tree worked for about 6 hours, then died entirely. I notified the company which immediately identified the problem as a "bad transformer". After three phone calls, the company finally says it will not ship a replacement transformer until July 2020, about 9 months after purchase. Put another way, I must wait 7 months to even test to see if it is really a transformer problem. So far, Tree Classics has declined to toll the warranty. After writing to the CEO, Tree Classics has sent an email apologizing but indicating they may not be able to provide any relief until October or November 2020, about a year after the purchase. Which means I will not even be able to see if they are responding until then. Will they even still be in business in November?

GBI purchased a 9 foot prelit LED tree… I purchased a 9 foot prelit LED tree from Tree Classics. I opened it on arrival in October and all parts looked great. The tree was in good condition and all the lights worked. Upon setting it up in December, the plug on the stand was defective and kept popping out when trying to raise the stand. I had to hold it together with duct tape. After taking it down today I contacted the company and dealt with Monica in customer service and was told they would do NOTHING as there was only a 30 day warranty! What terrible customer service! I spent over $1100.00 and have to deal with this over a cheap defective stand! The tree was everything thing I expected. What a disappointment! I will never deal with this company again and highly recommend anyone looking to buy an artificial tree to remember that service on their product is paramount and theirs is terrible!

GBWorthwhile Investment Bought for my wife in 2015. We were in need of replacement of our previous Christmas tree, during my search, I came across Tree Classics. So very pleased I did! Experience has taught: a little extra cost, offset by increased quality, aesthetics, and durability define value. For our family, that is exactly what our tree purchase from Tree Classics provided; great value. We are very satisfied! Highly recommended!
