Beautiful roping I purchased three Woodbury Classic Noble Fir 9 ft Garlands with Clear Lights for my front hall banister. They look wonderful, lifelike (almost everyone who saw them thought they were real), have lights all over and are easy to link together.

My school ASB purchased a tree and … My school ASB purchased a tree and arrived damaged on 12/5 when we opened the box. This was unfortunate because it was for our school event. I tried calling twice - was on hold for 40 minutes each time. I then emailed with the picture of the damage. and received an automatic response saying my request was sent to a case support. Two days later without a response, I emailed again and then was sent another email saying I should call during off peak hours. without any mention of when that was- It also stated that any warranty info was to be handled only by phone. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. MY STUDENTS FUND-RAISED TO BUY THIS TREE AND IT COMES DAMAGED FOR THE EVENT WE PLANNED?? SO FAR YOUR COMPANY IS NOT A FAVORITE.

We bought our 3rd tree from Tree… We bought our 3rd tree from Tree Classics in December. It was a 7ft unlit tree and it was exactly what we wanted for our bedroom. It arrived as promised and once we fluffed out the branches and decorated, it was perfect. The branches were sturdy enough for my heavier ornaments and looked real enough (vs the cheap chopped paper looking versions). This new tree joins a 9ft and 8ft pre-lit tree bought almost 6years ago. We have always received the service and quality we were promised and remain happy customers to this day.

Yet Another Great Tree Classics Tree In Our Home! We just received our 3rd Tree Classics tree, having had two over the past 8-9 years. We've never had any issues with any of them, and don't expect to this time. It's beautiful, with a narrower shape than in the past, due to changing space requirements on our end.
