Definitely recommend Was very easy to start my claim, they communicated with my service provider in a timely manner and completely knowledgeable. They payed for what was under warranty per contract. The adjuster was very explanatory on the warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

The woman I spoke with was fantastic The woman I spoke with was fantastic, sympathetic, kind, friendly and so on. She listened to me when I cried on the phone when I found out that Bertera Subaru in West Springfield Massachusetts lied to me about preferred warranties not covering any repairs on my vehicle. She had a lot of empathy. She even helped get that dealership off the list of repair shops. Unfortunately I didn't get to really use preferred warranties cause my time will be up soon. Thank you to that sweet woman I spoke with.

I started my claim and was directed to a shop in my area. I was called by Chris at the shop and given the details on repairs and he said PWI was he easiest company to work. Steve approved my claim in one call. All was easy peasey and my warranty almost paid for itself on one repair and I have many miles and years remaining before it expires. Gabriel is so accommodating I always… Gabriel is so accommodating I always felt at ease that my job was going to be completed. He went above and beyond to look for a transmission for me and after we found one it took less than a week to complete everything was so fast I can't recommend pwi warranties enough. I will be purchasing a warranty from them for every car that I purchased from now on.
