I must assert that Preferred Warranties… I must assert that Preferred Warranties merits a rating no higher than one star. Despite my enrollment in their powertrain plan, they have egregiously failed to provide any financial coverage when needed. Additionally, their lack of formal communication regarding this issue is unacceptable. I strongly advise against placing any trust in their services.Update : They called me after my review and only told me this is still declined. PWI is completely SCAM !

Customer service was for sure a 5 … Customer service was for sure a 5 quick responses and quick payment. However, its time to update labor rates. You're paying sub par labor rates .

The woman I spoke with was fantastic The woman I spoke with was fantastic, sympathetic, kind, friendly and so on. She listened to me when I cried on the phone when I found out that Bertera Subaru in West Springfield Massachusetts lied to me about preferred warranties not covering any repairs on my vehicle. She had a lot of empathy. She even helped get that dealership off the list of repair shops. Unfortunately I didn't get to really use preferred warranties cause my time will be up soon. Thank you to that sweet woman I spoke with.
