I started my claim and was directed to a shop in my area. I was called by Chris at the shop and given the details on repairs and he said PWI was he easiest company to work. Steve approved my claim in one call. All was easy peasey and my warranty almost paid for itself on one repair and I have many miles and years remaining before it expires. From a service writer's standpoint From a service writer's standpoint this is by far the best warranty company to work with. They are fast and friendly. Also unlike most warranty companies, with PWI I don't feel like I am talking to lawyers trying to trip me up so they don't have to cover something on our customers vehicles!
