GBContacted their representative thru… Contacted their representative thru LinkedIn, seemed very professional. She reached out, sent me timely info and offered to begin the process. I signed up for the initial consultation and was ready to begin. They canceled the consult about 2 hours before the time with no explanation or follow up. Very unprofessional. At least I had not given them any money yet. Moved on to someone else.

GBTake Your Money Elsewhere I have gotten significantly more interview requests and follow-ups when submitting my own resume than the one Brandresumes drew up for me. You end up having to write, edit, and correct most of the resume yourself. I don't think my writer had much industry knowledge. The Cover Letter, Follow-Up, and Thank you Letter templates could all be found for free on Google - nothing special there. The LinkedIn updates are useless and the job board postings haven't returned a single result, and its been 3 weeks. I made an account on this website for the sole purpose of trying to help someone else avoid the mistake I made DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

GBOne Star With all the back and forth, and questionnaires, I did not like how it felt like I kept repeating the same type of information and it made it harder to want to communicate with the person that was supposed to be helping me. With the draft I got, I had more questions than time to give them feedback. I wrote my own and can't get anyone to return my call to discuss how unhelpful the process has been.
