She provided good customer service/communication, asked valid follow-up questions and developed my resume accordingly. I would rate my overall experience 3.5/5 because the process took too long. I selected the "5 to 7 business days" option but it took over 4 weeks (20 business days) to get my final draft. My LinkedIn profile development process has not started yet. I wish it didn't take so long.

One Star With all the back and forth, and questionnaires, I did not like how it felt like I kept repeating the same type of information and it made it harder to want to communicate with the person that was supposed to be helping me. With the draft I got, I had more questions than time to give them feedback. I wrote my own and can't get anyone to return my call to discuss how unhelpful the process has been.
