Contacted their representative thru… Contacted their representative thru LinkedIn, seemed very professional. She reached out, sent me timely info and offered to begin the process. I signed up for the initial consultation and was ready to begin. They canceled the consult about 2 hours before the time with no explanation or follow up. Very unprofessional. At least I had not given them any money yet. Moved on to someone else.

Great resume writing, punctuality could improve Hello, Jalia was helpful in writing my resume. She provided good customer service/communication, asked valid follow-up questions and developed my resume accordingly. I would rate my overall experience 3.5/5 because the process took too long. I selected the "5 to 7 business days" option but it took over 4 weeks (20 business days) to get my final draft. My LinkedIn profile development process has not started yet. I wish it didn't take so long.

One Star With all the back and forth, and questionnaires, I did not like how it felt like I kept repeating the same type of information and it made it harder to want to communicate with the person that was supposed to be helping me. With the draft I got, I had more questions than time to give them feedback. I wrote my own and can't get anyone to return my call to discuss how unhelpful the process has been.

They probably don’t use real people, and they expect the client to make the corrections. Save money do it yourself or hire a business education student in high school or community college. I have never spent this amount of money for this poor level of service. I am not sure of their level of appreciation for the professional people who make live with disabilities.
