Jermaine also always helpfully. Dave Lindahl does what he teaches and is super busy but also willing to help get his students be successful. Jeff his brother is also amazing. Integrity is everything in this… Integrity is everything in this business, and Dave delivers in spades. His RE mentor coaching is overpriced, however he's just making up for the many years that his material was underpriced. If you have the discipline to follow his home study course, you will succeed regardless. Have the courage to send 2 or more LOIs per week, and tell everyone you meet what it is that you do, and you will evenutally buy your first apartment building.

The ticket raffle was ad hoc and confusing. Getting the extra ticket was impossible since I couldn't ever get on Jermaine's busy schedule
