Too early to tell Too early tell but so far the RE Mentor program has been as advertised. Lots of detailed information; the follow up and access to industry professionals has been helpful. Looking forward to future success with this program. For now, I am going to learn and take in as much as I can. Then take action steps from there.

Jermaine also always helpfully. Dave Lindahl does what he teaches and is super busy but also willing to help get his students be successful. Jeff his brother is also amazing. I have learned so much so .

Lots of great content Lots of great content. My biggest thing is at times it felt rushed and disorganized. It didn’t feel like a pitch fest which is a good thing. Jeff seems like a genuine guy and was very helpful. Walking properties and then seeing what the pros are looking for is informative. Networking was also pretty great because the people there are more serious than cheaper classes. My suggestions would simply be organize it a little better and slow it down at times to let the info sink in.

Integrity is everything in this… Integrity is everything in this business, and Dave delivers in spades. His RE mentor coaching is overpriced, however he's just making up for the many years that his material was underpriced. If you have the discipline to follow his home study course, you will succeed regardless. Have the courage to send 2 or more LOIs per week, and tell everyone you meet what it is that you do, and you will evenutally buy your first apartment building.
